A temporary snag in the plan for 2011
Late last year I was doing pretty good with getting back on track with my running. I was able to run 2-3 times per week and was actually accumulating mileage! Well on 12/30 I ended 2010 with a bang, fell on black ice and have a hairline fracture in my tailbone. This has presented me a bit of a snag in my quest for fitness in 2011. I haven't been able to do much, let alone exercise.
Thanks to my amazing team of health care providers I am improving by the day. My goal is to be able to run again soon. I've got plans to get back in the 5K circuit this spring! Does anyone have recommendations of good Yoga or Pilate's DVD's?
