Friday favorites

I'm going to start to bring back my Friday favorites post. I hope you like it!

1.) The Barkley Pet Hotel & Day Spa
Our new dog Mr. BoJangles (AKA Mr. Bo), got a spa day today at The Barkley Pet Hotel & Day Spa.He got a doggie bath, nail clipping and grooming. He also got a De-Shedding treatment and a 15 minute doggie massage.

 Here is the finished product:

Check out that bandanna. How stinking cute is he? I noticed he seemed much happier this evening. When I came home he was wagging his tail like crazy and I even got a kiss! If you live in the greater Cleveland area or on the West Coast (they have a Barkley there too!~) You need to take your dog there! The staff was so sweet! I was a nervous mama and they did everything possible to put us at ease. I even called mid way through his session to check on him and they gave me an update. Special thanks to The Barkley staff for a great day for Mr. Bo! We will be back again!

2.) The Real Housewives of New Jersey are BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love, love, love the Jersey ladies. The drama this season is even hotter than last season. We left off basically where last season ended....Teresa and her family are still at odds. She isn't making any progress being nice to her sister-in-law the fab Melissa Gorga. Caroline Manzo jumps back in the chaos and tries to play mediator to help get some type of positive resolution with this family. Jacqueline Laurita makes public her son's Autism and her family's struggles. Love her and my heart breaks for her and her family. Spoiler alert...finally after two seasons of bad words and drama the men finally come to blows. Stay tuned for more!

3.) NUUN!

All my running blogger friends swear by this hydration drink. So I finally decided to see what all the fuss was about. Let me tell you...the stuff is AMAZEBALLS! For those that aren't familiar here is the company's bio off their website, "
Nuun, pronounced “Noon,” was the first company to separate electrolyte replacement from carbohydrates. Before Nuun, if you wanted electrolytes, the result was a bottle full of sugar. With our simple, self-dissolving, sugar-free electrolyte tab, we revolutionized the sports drink forever.
Nuun was originally the brainchild of a student and professor from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. An avid cyclist, he longed for a lightweight, easy to use hydration method that didn’t include a sticky high-calorie mess. His research led to the creation of a sugarless, dissolvable, and portable tablet called Nuun.
Eight years later, Nuun Active Hydration is the #1 selling sports drink tab in the cycling, running and outdoor specialty marketplaces. As education about hydration and wellness grows, Nuun has become more accessible to a wider range of people. In response, Nuun has expanded its product line from sports performance hydration to include two all natural, vitamin-enhanced products for every day use, Nuun All Day Hydration and U Natural Hydration.
Be it a bike ride, a long day at the office, or a day at home juggling kids, Nuun has a tablet and flavor customized to help you stay healthy and hydrated.
Nuun and Company is based in Seattle, WA. Nuun is sold in over 5000 outlets in the U.S. and available in over 30 countries."

Historically I am not a fan of sugar free things but this is the exception! It tastes wonderful and is exceptionally refreshing especially after a long run. My favorite flavors are grape and orange!

Enjoy your weekend!~
