It isn't to early to think about your health and wellness goals for the coming year.
Here are a few of mine:
1.) Run 3 times for week
2.) Cross train more
3.) Race more
4.) Try to eat healthier
5.) Encourage my family to make healthier food selections.
6.) Work on using the power of positive thinking
7.) Register for a half marathon and run under 2:15.
I won't call these resolutions because like most Americans, resolutions get broken. I'm calling these goals. What are your goals for 2014?
